KSS / HSbrand changing shop date help

How do I go about rescheduling a shop on Sassie for HSBrand, when I signed up there was a range of dates and I picked this Friday but now I would like to change the shop for Sunday.
I have emailed from the original shop email and used the Sassie Help button when it takes me to confirm the shop, instead of confirming I wrote a note to change the date.
But I have not heard anything yet.

Keep in mind that though there WAS a range of dates, depending on how many assessments the location requires, you may not be able to change your date. The client may not allow multiple assessments on the same day for example, or a certain amount a days between assessments.

I just re-read the OP. Instead of going through the confirmation email try the Help/Contact link in the shop on Sassie. A trick someone here taught me, send a copy to yourself by adding a comma after the email address of the scheduler and insert your own email address. It is the only way to have a record. Another option, if you have a direct email from the scheduler you can reply. In that case I would add or change the subject line to indicate it is urgent and an extension is needed.

I just went on the KSS website and looks like they have phone numbers for all the schedulers so I will give her a ring tomorrow.
@isaiah58 I think it's one shop per location it's the movie shop, and every time I've taken one it disappears. I have had a hard time getting the locations near me the last few months the min it comes out it is taken =(
I hope Sunday is a open day for you to preform this shop. Someone else may be preforming ths shop on Sunday, You may be out of luck.

If this is the movie chain HS does, each theater is only shopped once per month so changing the date should be possible. This month I think the date range was 2/1-5. A note for the future, with these shops, I always select the last date in the series (if 1-5, I select 5, if 1-8, I select 8). When scheduled, it shows up as first date to shop 1st, last date the date I picked.
