Thanks for the suggestion. That didn't work either.
Until MF fixes the problem, if it's an important change, you may have to ask MF to make the change for you. At least they should be able to do it.
Well, now I'm worried. After seeing several topics on the new website for a while here, I finally got the email today. MF is switching me to the new site over the weekend. I was hoping the change wasn't coming and maybe MF forgot about me.
I have two shops scheduled for next week and really don't have a lot of extra time to mess with uploading problems, reporting problems, etc...so I hope this goes well.

To find Payment History, go to My Account. There are two subsections: Account Details and Payment Details. Under Payment Details, you will find all the same information that was on the old site.

Has anyone ever done the 3d glasses check at a theatre? i have never done this and wonder what it entails or when you ask for the manager like they say to - if they think you are crazy?
Has anybody figured out a way to show shop fee when listing available shops. I actually like the new website with this one exception. Thanks.
Had the new website for a while. Not a fan. They moved me back to the old site design. The old site is so much faster to navigate.
I have done the 3D inventories at theaters. Should be quite simple since it's not an exact count. I found the manager quite cooperative if you plan your visit during the non-peak time of day.
Did you ask them to move you back to the old website ? I didn't know there is an option to do that ?
Do you mind if I ask, who did you tell them you were working for? And they were aware that sometimes happens? I've just never done it before, so worried if I go out there with the paperwork and show it to them they won't have a clue
The receipt link has worked for me the last few times I've done a report, so they must have fixed that issue.

I'm a new member as of today. I wanted to see what shops were available. I see addresses of shops but no names. I'm sure there must be a way of finding out the shop names. What if it's a place that you don't want to do.

When this happens I proceed to the qualification questions. Most times there is a question about you knowing or having a family member who is an employee of the client which is then named. You don't have to accept the shop to see the questions and if you are not interested you can stop right there without answering the questions.
I did my first report on the new site last week. I did have a bit of an issue with the first shop getting my photos uploaded - and then I could not find the link button but when I did my second report later that day, it all went smoothly. They still have not moved everyone over to the new site yet. Several of my friends are lucky to still be on the old site...
I did my 1st shop with the new site today.. I did a lunch shop and there was no place for me to send in my receipt. Yet I was able to send in my report.

I liked how you did the report and then to the receipts on the old site.

I double checked and I did not see any place for me to upload my receipt.

Hopefully they will get this glitch fix and I will be pay for this shop.

With the new site you up load and link the receipt in the body of the report. I doubt you can complete the report without completing that step. Did you go back and check the cpi/receipt status page? If the receipt is not there I would email the help desk and tell them.
I did go back and checked the cpi/receipt status and it is not showing my receipt.

I have emailed the help desk. We have to wait and see
Is anyone else having trouble with saving the default search? It keeps reverting to the standard in my area. I want to limit the type of shops that show up without having to select the specific categories each time I login. Any ideas?
