How Can I Sign-up with ICCDS/Stella Services?

I have read some good comments about ICCDS and would like to sign-up as a mystery shopper with them. When clicking on the link to their website (from the "super list" here at Mystery Shop Forum), I noticed that the page says ICCDS was acquired by Stella Services.

From the Stella Services page, I was unable to find a link to register to become a mystery shopper.

Does anyone know if ICCDS/Stella still offers shops? And, if so, how do you register?
