Including you there appear to be three people who have not received payment right now. One of those on the other thread seems to have issues with several companies so it is impossible to say whether the problem is the company or the shopper.
I understand your frustration with a shop being on hold and the MSC being incommunicado. I've had issues with Ipsos not responding to emails myself, but would still recommend you keep emailing, daily if necessary, or try calling.
