They usually seem to pay once a month, around the middle. I got my Paypal payment yesterday (the 15th) for 2 shops I did in January. HTH
They pay on the 15th and the last day of the month like clockwork. Any jobs that have been completed and reviewed between the 22nd of the previous month and the 7th of the current month will be paid on the 15th of the current month. Any jobs completed and approved between the 7th of the current month and the 22nd of the current month will be paid on the last day of the current month. You can check "pay history" to see where your shops stand and your invoice.

Same here. I did a shop on January 28, and it paid through PayPal on 2/15 also. That was quick turn-around - I was impressed!
I'm really happy with Ipsos. So far, so good. I signed up and one day was offered a forgotten/left behind shop for $75 rush pay. It took me about two hours drive time on our slow, 35-45 mph mountain roads but worth getting my foot in the door. I usually get about $100-$150 a month working for them on various things. Pay is on time all the time.

Seems like a few people are not getting paid right now. I cannot get any response from them regarding a shop in Jan that they are holding. It is not a performance issue. It is a pay issue on their part. If they will not send a response, the only way to get their attention is to start posting on forums so I will.
Including you there appear to be three people who have not received payment right now. One of those on the other thread seems to have issues with several companies so it is impossible to say whether the problem is the company or the shopper.

I understand your frustration with a shop being on hold and the MSC being incommunicado. I've had issues with Ipsos not responding to emails myself, but would still recommend you keep emailing, daily if necessary, or try calling.

I enjoy working for IPSOS and have continued to work with them. In general, they pay accurately and on time. I say in general because I have a few shops that have been left in HOLD limbo for years that should have received go-to fees, and a few other shops that the scheduler completely removed from my list rather than give the go-to fee. On the whole, I find working with them pleasant and professional.

Could you please clarify... You have done some shops for them and then filed accurate reports and you haven't been paid for several years ? I don't mean to be rude but this doesn't make sense ? And you still work for them, with no guarantee you will be paid if you do a great job ?
One of my favorite companies now. I almost feel guilty about it. I pick up jobs all the time in the most random cities for them. I have found them to be very quick to email or text me back if I have any issues.
I'm sorry it doesn't make sense to you 7star. I have done hundreds of jobs for this MSC over the past few years and enjoy working with them. A few of the jobs (mostly phone/tablet) where the store was no longer at the address were left in what I call on-hold limbo. A few others were removed from my job list completely when I informed the scheduler the store wasn't at the site. The fee was 50% of base pay or less and it was only a few jobs. Not worth burning a bridge over but I did stop working with certain clients for quite a while.

Oh ok, it makes more sense now if the store wasn't located where it was suppose to be.
I thought you completed a shop fully, meaning spent time at the store and interacted with employees and filed a full report, and then didn't get paid even though you did it all correctly and then didn't get paid. If this happened I wouldn't understand but now it makes sense. Thanks for clarifying.
