I used to do quite a bit of work with BMA but haven't seen much lately. Kim used to be my favorite scheduler. I don't know if she is still there. Haven't seen anything from her in a while. I've done a couple for Mystery Shopper Services. I would take shops with them anytime.

Yes. MSS, Customer 1st, and BMA are all the same people. Kim has not been with them for years. The Main Schedulers are Luz Galvez and Cindi Valenzuela. I love working with them all, super sweet people. I would also take shops from them any time.

I mainly do their cell phone shops, and a few others. I like doing their shops and never had any issues.
