Market Force - Can you undo "Decline a shop" option?

So I was trying to hide the phone shops where you have to buy a phone from my job list. I selected "decline all shops for this project for this phase" but it took away ALL jobs from the company not just their buy a phone job, which is not what I wanted. Is there any way to undo this or am I out of luck till next phase?

I removed myself from an entire project once. It seems a message came up to contact the Help Desk if I wanted to see shops from the client again in the future.

I used that button to remove the burger shops from my list. I did that about 2 years ago and have not seen them since. I've never tried to undo it. Maybe if you contact their help desk?

There is nothing you can do until the price is increased or the next round starts.
At least that is what the email from the help desk said a year ago.
My understanding was if a shopper fails a test those shops will not show up again until the next phase and the Help Desk cannot change the outcome. In the past declining shops of your own accord was not penalized and could be reversed.
