MaritzCX Shop History?

Is there a way to get a shop history from MaritzCX? I have a hard time contacting their payroll admin.

Yes, I do keep records of my shops, but I believe that I was not paid for my shops yet. I need their records to compare it with my records to see the disparities. Also, I need their records just in case I get audited by the IRS.

No, this company has been one of the worst as far tracking your shop history. The check stubs basically give you a list of visit IDs that go with that lump sum payment, and on the website you can only see a list of visit IDs you completed in the past 14 days. Fortunately, they are improving somewhat. If you are sign up for direct deposit, you can access on the website a complete list of shops that went with each payment, including the client name and payment amounts for each shop (but no address or city.)

I created an excel spreadsheet to keep track of all my shops including a mileage log. When I get paid I match up the visit ID's and mark the shop as being paid. Mysterytome is correct about only being able to see the last 14 days worth and having to submit invoices.
I failed to submit my invoice for my first shop in January so now have to wait for a supervisor to call me Monday. My mistake but somewhat a different system they have there....

I'm not sure of what you might need.
However, if you have signed up for direct deposit (which is great), you can see every shop you have performed since the implementation of direct deposit.
Just go to the tabs on the left side and click on the "Direct Deposit Information". That will open to the dates in which you've been paid via direct deposit. Click on a date and it opens to the shop information of every shop you performed (and invoiced) for that payment.
Maybe you already knew this and need something else?
If it helps and you use jobslinger, I found my January shop in my Sassie mega log calendar view.
Do you have to invoice for every shop for them?

Yes. No invoice, no pay.
I have nothing but praise for Maritz Company. I admit I am not the best record keeper but when I saw that I had not been paid for some sites I called the company and not only had I not been paid for the ones I was asking about but they owed me for six more. I had failed to submit an invoice and that was why I did not get paid. I now have been paid for everything and I can only thank the honest and excellent record keeping of this company.
Well, I knew there was a reason that I had not shopped for them in years. I think I will pass on the local bank shop. Too bad, since they seem to have taken that bank client from an MSC that I dislike a lot!

I had the same situation. Talk to Julie in Administration. She pulled all my information and found I had forgotten to submit an invoice for 1 job.

It's no different really from Marketforce, they require you to submit CPI which is exactly the same thing. It takes about 30 seconds at the end of your shop.
I just started using Airtable and it is amazing! It has an app and works on all platforms. Check it out if you would like. Its free
Mod note: Commercial link removed.
Advice on cashing a check from them. My bank would not let me cash or deposit them. I don't won't to open another checking account.

They have direct deposit. That being said, I deposited checks from them regularly for 2 years without ever having an issue.
Are they still handling xxxx? KSS was helping them out but no xxxx for about a month..

Oops! This forum's guidelines state "Do not reveal the clients of mystery shopping companies". Additionally, It is probably an ICA violation for you to name both the MSC and client." - Admin
