Market Force Shop Question

Good afternoon,

I did a shop for Market Force today for lunch. I have a receipt and everything.

When I went into my report I was taken to the new site. This is the first shop that I have done under the new site. I was able to send it my report but some how it let me send in my report with out me uploading my receipt.

I have the receipt on my desk top. Since I forget to upload the receipt will I still get pay for this shop and will I be able to shop for them again?

I know with the old site I was able to enter my reports and then upload my receipt.

I had the same issue the other night. I imediately sent an email to the scheduler, with the picture attached. I stated that I never saw anywhere to attach the picture (and I looked through the report twice). MF uploaded the picture from their end.

Shopping up and down the Colorado Rocky Mountain front range.
Did you inform the help desk? Usually they see all reports before QC get is it. Let them know you were not able to upload the receipt or "You could not find where to upload the receipt.' They may be able to help you. Other than that, your shop may be rejected b/c of "No Receipt."

You may want to read some of their previous messages that they have posted. Some the messages include what MF may have accepted in the past, they will no longer. Not submitting the receipt with the report may be one of.

Go back right now and check the status of your report. If it INCOMPLETE you may be in luck.

This is the first shop that I did under the new web site. Why would I not receive payment when I could not see any where to upload the receipt?

Hopefully it is a glitch and they get it fix soon

Sorry to double post. When I tried to log Wed afternoon t said that my browser was not supported but Monday afternoon I logged in to review the guidelines one more time and to look at other shops and it let me.

But after about 10 to 20 minutes later on Wed i went back and it let me in. Ihave since updated my web browsers
After you sent your report, did you already sign the CPI? When I submit reports, I can go to the CPI area and there is a section to upload business cards and receipts listed. Submit CPI/Receipt?

The new website has given me a problem too. I was offered a bonus but I had to accept through a link which did not work. The website was not accepting my login. I wrote Help Desk but they did not reply. So the offer is no longer available. And now their website is working.
I believe they want to know what problems we are experiencing so the site can be improved. When I was first put on the new site, I accepted two shops that I never should have been offered. They were both tobacco or alcohol compliance shops. Since I'm 65 they should not have been available to me. I read all the info and the only age restriction stated shopper had to be over 18...well I was definitely over 18. The initial brief description did not say it was a compliance shop, just convenience store. After I read the guidelines and form, I thought it was strange, but who knows what these companies are looking for. There was no age limit in the guidelines other than over 18, so I did shop #1. Well, it was denied, of course, because I was supposed to be between 18 - 30, or something like that.They pointed out that the questions (pre-screen thing) before accepting the shop clearly pointed that out. The problem was I never received the pre-screener thing and it went right to the apply and accept deal. I notified them of that issue and low and behold, a few weeks later, I was paid in full plus the bonus which was good. Shop #2 was of course removed before I completed it as I notified them that I had another one scheduled. I thought it was very fair of them and figured it was a glitch they researched and found to be incorrect. So, if you are experiencing any issues, write to the Help Desk and notify them.

Also when I accepted the shop it asked me for the date to do it and then the pre screen questions.

I kind like it used to be where they ask the pre screen questions first then you pick a date.

I will get used to thir site.

I know they are busy with other emails.

Since it is a working progress, I hope I dont get ding.
I do not like this site. Right now it says 170 shops near me but then says no city or something when I go to search. Hoping it's a late night glitch. They change their site so often, it drives me nuts!

This appears to be a regular glitch. It has happened to me multiple times.

Does the site appear differently in different browsers? I haven't had any issues so far in Chrome, but they always seem to find me eventually.

I just received a email from te help desk and my shop was approve.

When I reported my shop I used firefox. I had to tried 3 or 4 times for it to recognize me.

I was afraid I may have to use my wifes computer to report it.

I also have downloaded crome juat in case

Where I live some of the retail locations are asking for ID for everyone now. I was at the 99 cent store buying wine. I am closer to 99 than I am to 21 and they carded me. I asked them about it and they said they are told to card everyone no matter how old they look. So don't be surprised if you see one of these compliance shops with no age limit one day.

I was going to do some traveling in a couple of weeks and I was going to try and pick up a few shops. When I went in to type in the Zip code it said no locations found. So I typed in the city it said no locations found.

I went back to the home page, it said that there were 30 shops in my area, I clicked on that and nothing showed up.

I clicked on one of the links in the daily e-mail and it gave me the dates to shop (In my area)

The place I am going is a-lot bigger than where I live.

How can I view shops in that area?

If this has al ready been talked about forgive mew.
Use the App when the website is down, for local searches. I do not believe that the App offers a way to modify the search criteria. Hopefully they will update the app to allow us to input our preferred search criteria.

I think there was a glitch when the new website came in because a couple of locations which I hadn't seen for a while suddenly became available to me. I remember a particular location where the manager told me that she knew I was a mystery shopper when I told them that there was an error in the order. She sort of said that in a threatening way and I said, "What is that?" Then the location became unavailable to me for months. She was moved to another location and that also became unavailable. Suddenly, they became available.
I keep reading about the new website. It hasn't launched on my login, yet. I count myself lucky. I can wait. No rush at my end. Not being able to figure out how to attach the receipt or biz card seems to be a big hole in the MFI program. Edited to add: I got an email earlier this week with a notification that I will be switched to the new platform on March 30. There was a link to an instructional video (brief) and some FAQs. I have one assignment April 1 that includes a photo and receipt. Should be interesting.

A few weeks ago with the new website I wasn't sure my receipt uploaded but I did a report over the weekend and there weren't any problems uploading. I still like the old website to view jobs. With the new website it only shows 5 jobs at a time and I have to change it each time after logging in.

Well, I found another problem in the new site. Everything must go through Spell Check. If it is not in the dictionary, you could be waiting a long time for your report to go through. 11:00PM was not found in the dictionary so my son suggested eleven at night. It went through but after a lot of trial and error. Even 2300 hours was not accepted. The report which could have taken me before mid Walking Dead did not go through until half way to the Talking Dead.
Horrible upgrade to their site, not to mention they've lost a ton of clients over my way. I'll be swaying away from their company this year.

I thought there was a 'Ignore' option in the spell check. I use it all the time when I think I'm right.

I do exactly this. I notice a lot of differences with the new site, but this really doesn't seem new or overwhelming to me. I have always had the site alert me to a lot of spelling errors that are not errors. If there's an obvious spelling error, I make a change. Otherwise, and most of the time the site tells me my spelling is wrong, I just click the ignore button and move on, just as I always have.

11:00 PM or 11:00 p.m. might work. For next time! smiling smiley
That did not work Sunny and somehow that time, I was not given the ignore option. I don't know what happened because the next report I made went through but that report was so weird. I don't remember having that problem on my first report on the new website. I knew 11:00 PM went through.
I am seeing the make an offer button for the first time in my market. I tried to use it but I had no idea what the shop was other than retail. Perhaps it was the hoity toity shoe shop. In any case I thought I would try to make an offer. The button moves one penny at a time. I held my finger down for what seemed like a long time and my offer was only up to $2 Am I doing this wrong?
@sandyf, there should be a text box next to the increment/decrement buttons that you can type your offer into.
