HS Brands and Ipsos?

I signed up with HS Brands and applied for my first assignment today. It is scheduled for tomorrow. When I open the guidelines for the shop, I'm directed to instructions that have an Ipsos logo. Can anyone explain the link between HS Brands and Ipsos? Seeing the Ipsos logo on the HS Brands assignment doesn't make sense to me.

HS Brands is maybe third party scheduling for Ipsosus.

No idea about that.

Is it a mailing type of shop you're referring to? I believe IPSOS is the company behind the project and subcontracts to HS Brands for this particular type of project.
