Impossible to assign Maritz Shops

I haven't been able to assign a Maritz shop for over a month. Everytime I call they're either unavailable or they say they'll call me back. No matter how many messages I leave they never call back. It's getting very frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this?

Try calling just before closing time their time. They are located in Kansas. That is when I can usually get through although I might have to call more than once.
Often when they are busy toward the end of the month or on the last month of the quarter, it is hard to get through. Be persistent and you will eventually get through.
Was a great company when I started shopping them about 4 years ago. Made a ton of money with them. They paid well then little by little things changed and the demands got tougher and tougher. Went to trade in my broken down car with high mileage due to mystery shopping and it was worth virtually nothing. Thanks but no thanks.
I just called and they told me they would get approval from their manager and call me back. No call of course.
When I signed up with them, I received a phone call shortly after to start shopping for them for those bank shops. I guess I happened to be the first shopper in the area that did not have any shoppers yet. They wanted me to make a route of bank shops that was in my covered area.
Good luck getting a call back from them about anything regarding pay. They are terrible, old fashion and their system SUCKS 100%.
It seems like they have a bunch of old people (no offense) working for them on customer service and no one can freaking help you with anything regarding pay, they leave messages for Admin whom seems to never call back regarding an issue with pay. Who in the hell is above them? They are just terrible, where do we make complaints about their lame site, and the customer service lack-thereof

Where do we make complaints, etc?

You just did, right here.

OTOH, you are an IC with them, not a customer and certainly not an employee.

The best advice is to treat this as a learning experience and not to do business with them.

That's my take anyway.
I really like Maritz. Unfortunately I made a mistake once by shopping the wrong location. I offered to do the shop again but never heard back. I used to get calls from them but not anymore. I try to sign up for routes on their app and usually never hear back from them. Frustrating! I still consider Maritz as one of my favorite MSC. I just wish I wasn't on their black list, lol. What can I do to get back in their good graces?

If that were me I would start applying for shops at base pay off of the regular board. I'd do that for at least a couple of months to bring my score back up. If you can't self assign then just apply and call the team to tell them you did and see if they will assign it to you. Apps seem to go into some black hole where they may or may not get seen.
@AnneAshley I am in the same boat. There is NOTHING you can do. I have been forbidden to shop anything on team three because I told the person on the phone that they wanted everything cheap on a client with the horse. I finely found out about it a year later when I emailed team three about not seeing the shops. It got real heated in the email and is posted to your file that everyone can read.

I think Im on their blacklist too. I have applied for a specific bank shop like 5 times and they still won't assign me, even though it is not taken by another shopper. I just get so frustrated with their system.
