I couldn't get the new website to upload and link receipt photos today. I ended up doing the report on my computer then going to the phone app and uploading the receipt. This wouldn't have been so annoying except I kept thinking how I spent 20 min. struggling with photos for a $3 job.
I can't upload through the website. It's a $65 job but yeesh I don't want to spend too much time on this.

I can't upload images to the new site either tonight...did anyone find a solution???

I knock mine out first thing. I answer the first question, click save, and then go to the images. I only upload 1-2 at a time with my SD card because the photos are large and high quality from the camera. If I used my phone, i can upload 10-20 without a glitch. I also link my receipts and such before doing the survey and then save again to make sure. I was having issues before and the solution for me seemed to be the 1 or 2 pics at a time route.

I tried a couple of times to load each of my photos tonight using Firefox but was unsuccessful. So I logged out, then logged into IE and was successful loading the photos on the first try. Perhaps that might be the issue?
happened to me last night when i was on the computer. went to the phone and was able to upload the receipt that way. After that happened I got back on the computer and was able to add other photos, link the receipt and photos without issue. I too emailed help desk. They probably got a ton of emails last night.
Finally! I completed my report last night but was never able to upload my receipt and pictures. Tried going in through Internet Explorer and it worked

That is the solution I always forget. I got the note that I switch to the new system tomorrow. I have my first shop Saturday (one with a photo as well as a receipt.) I will remember to try a different browser if I can't attach the photos. My default is Firefox.

I was having this problem using chrome, but I decided to make the pictures smaller and voila! They went through without issue.

Thanks, Coffee Queen. I have to make photos smaller for one of my MSCs so I know the drill. If I run into trouble Saturday, I will use Chrome and make the photos smaller. Thanks for a great suggestion.

I take the photos on my phone then attach it to my laptop with a USB cord and easily choose the photos when it asks you to upload them by going to the file for my phone. No going back and forth. I use Chrome and have no issues.

The same thing worked for me tonight. Thanks for posting this. I was getting anxious after trying over and over in Chrome. IE worked.

I just tried to upload pics using internet explorer and it's not working either. I usually use Chrome. I tried with my phone and my tablet and nothing is working. I was able to upload for one report and I have tons to do. omg
I had trouble uploading photos, too. Logged out and logged in again and it worked. Then spellcheck started rearranging words. OMG! Finally got through that. Then, when I hit Submit, the logo just kept spinning and spinning. I was using Chrome, then I switched to IE and was able to submit without a problem.

BTW, I did use their online Help/FAQs, but they don't give any trouble-shooting hints.
Wow. I tried logging in and out also. Spellcheck starts to get freaky I would lmao, maybe. They still have the old help/FAQS loaded. One more and I'm done. I'll report if I hear back from the helpdesk.
I just hit Submit on my first report on the new system. I used Firefox as usual just to see what would happen. My receipt, photo etc. sailed through the system. The photo was a smidge over 2MB. The only hiccup happened when I would edit a section from the "summary" (clicking on the pencil.) I was unable to get back a full screen summary. I had to go back to the "add photos" screen and then forward to the report link. I am probably doing something wrong but I did find a workaround. No gremlins in my April 1 report. Best of luck everyone.

I use Chrome and wait till the end to upload all my photos.
It states "Upload Failed." but, give it a few seconds and the photos appear.
When I get the next phone call for a last minutes shop "I will need a few more $$ since the new website takes more of my time to report."
Update: MF responds.

I had problems uploading jpgs yesterday, but finally got them to go through about 3:30 p.m. I'm having the same issue today with a short audit of 11 photos. I may have to resize my images.
I came here to see if others are having problems. This is my first time to have problems uploading onto the site after about 120 shops for them. I see I'm not alone.

The response for my second inquiry to MF about my second shop not uploading was "Did you figure out what the problem was?" Uh, no, it's not my problem it's yours, that's why I was asking you. I really do think it's congestion as others have mentioned. I waited a couple of hours and they finally loaded.
I had major problems when using Chrome. Firefox worked better. When I used IE, I had no problems at all. I'm currently using Opera and I'm sailing through.
