Unhappy with Amount of Survey Work w/ ACL + Assignent Tasks for Pay

I don't think that the schedulers at ACL get paid some sort of coupon or reimbursement for their work, so why does the mystery shopper get only reimbursement on 95% of their shops?

I'd be really surprised if their off-site schedulers make more than $7/hour. I can't even keep track of their pizza schedulers here. I must have had ten this year alone.

I've never had to record a phone call for them, maybe it's because of my state laws, but I would think they could listen to it themselves. Isn't that the point of recording audio and video?
As a sometime writer, I often have to transcribe interviews. It ain't easy, is it!?

My advice is to find a player (computer program) that can play back the file at variable speed. Slow it down and use headphones to hear better and give you two hands to type with. Just type as much as you can (in a separate text editor, not Word since it will autocorrect) as fast as you can, hit pause when you need to catch up, and go back over to fill in. Speed it up to go over the parts you don't need.

You shouldn't have that much stopping and starting that way.

Another way is to hear one sentence, pause, repeat it over and over until you finish typing it. Then same thing with the next sentence.
@Mert Yes their policy of not giving guidelines has caused me cancellation issues. I asked several of their people, several ways, for guidelines of a hotel shop, which was important because I wasn't going to lay out over $100 without knowing what the shop entailed. I was only told to sign up, read them, then cancel if I couldn't do them. (Marketforce has me do the same thing, but at least they don't seem to penalize me for cancellations as ACL does.) They still have cancellations on my profile from over 2 years ago. Don't they ever "fall off"?

They will listen to verify your report, but they won't write the narrative for you.
