Has anyone done those Market Force Jewelry Shops?

It seems they have many clients (unless one client owns all those different companies) and the fee is $8 bucks. Sometimes $10 bucks. Has anyone done this shop. Too low a fee for me....wait til they hit $15. smiling smiley

Yes me too and I am not a fan of jewelry shops generally speaking. Anyway, super easy.

They are super easy but, beware of sales rep that previously sold cars. Last shop was almost an hour in store.
Yes, the client does own a ton of them. Often 3 or 4 in the same shopping center. I worked in IT for them years ago for a few months.
Is this the shop with a photo requirement? Is it strange to take a photo of jewelry or do regular shoppers do this too?

Part-time Colorado Shopper since 2016.
Easy peasy. I did 3 of these and noticed that the rings were pretty much the same at all stores. The prices were quite similar too. But anyway, easy shops and I managed to get mine at $25 because no one was picking them up here. Was a lot of fun! And... the $7000 ring set I eyeballed wasn't too bad either. Bwahah.

Not strange at all. A good sales rep will remove it from the case and put it on a dark cloth to enhance the picture.
Thanks guys. These rarely get above $12 here, but I could easily combine them with other shops, so I always wondered if they were worth it.

Easy. Good money.
Thanks. Am I correct that you must give a fake name for each shop you do? (correct me if I am wrong) If that is the case, and you are doing multiple stores, is it hard to remember your fake name (lol) and hopefully they don't ask for ID! smiling smiley
Disregard this message...double posted by mistake...not sure how to delete a post.

There is no reason why they would need your ID. I have done several and most times they don't even ask for a name. I say I want a photo to show my husband. These shops are super easy.
I haven't been asked my name. However, I have a few favorite aliases that I use if and when needed.
The photo you take: Is it of the jewelry case or the exterior store photo? Thank you guys for answering all my questions! smiling smiley
Thanks to your posts I just picked up a couple of these as fillers on a few malls I am visiting. I love jewelry and I am afraid that I will come home with something. LOL. They sound fun and your posts made me think to give it a try!

You take a photo of the item they are showing you, in my case a ring. I just said: Do you mind if I take a photo so I can show my husband? No problem whatsoever. If you aren't helped in 30 minutes, then you take a photo of the display case and leave. I don't recall an outside photo....
I picked up 3 at $16 each. I was looking for an anniversary ring for myself and took a picture to show my husband as a hint, hint. Easy shop, but would not do for $8.
In the guidelines, it states the associate should only take out one piece of jewelry at a time. But the associates always show more than one piece. In every picture I take, there are 2 or 3 pieces out of the case on the display cushion simultaneously.
At both of my stores, they were adament that I not take photos, as it was against policy. I took one from the case covertly since there was no other option.
