I agree with you. I don't like it. Everything about it is less user-friendly. I have had trouble every time I have to upload photos to this site. I don't take a lot of MF because of the low pay but always liked the fact that they were very clear in their expectations and the site was easy to use. Now, they have low pay and a difficult site.

I just had an MF shop that wanted ALL the pics that I took on the shop, however, you can only load one pic at a time at the end of the report. I like multiple photo uploads at one time or at least easy access to your photos. This makes you start all over with each photo upload. So, I had to do this 10 times.

This is frustrating because you choose edit and make a small change and have to click all the way thru the entire report, clicking each page, all over again.@ferriswheel48 wrote:

Do you really hate it?@PaulinMI wrote:
HATE IT! HATE IT !HATE IT! HATE IT! HATE IT! HATE IT! HATE IT!
I hate the map feature even though I can hide it, maybe it would be useful if I was shopping away from my home area. I hate it doesn't save user preferences, such as "hide map" and "number of shops shown per pate". I hate that it doesn't have a page number navigator at the top and the bottom of the search page. I preferred the old method of uploading receipts and photos. I had to click around a while to find the payment history information. The old website was much more straight forward and easy to navigate, but it was (and still is) annoying to have only one survey question per page sometimes. Did I mention I hate the new site?
P.S. to Market Force, I work with a lot of people that could solve all your website problems. P.M. me and I'll be happy to help you change the bent of this thread.

My main problem with the new website is that I can no longer move to the next page of my report by hitting the enter key. I was able to do this with the old site. This two handed method saved me considerable time entering reports. Now I am forced to use the mouse to hit on the next page link. I am using Internet Explorer. Has anyone figured out if this is still possible. Perhaps with a different browser or a different keyboard key? I did report this to the help desk many weeks ago when I started to use the new website but nothing has changed.

MarketForce made Google chrome their browser site.[/b] Way before this "new" website, almost four years ago they changed over. I don't know where you have been?!? On any other browser the "click ups" do not match up. While you may enter the website through IE, that browser does not support or work with MF. [/b]
Maybe some of the problems other posters are having is because you are not accessing the MarketForce website through GOOGLE CHROME. Google chrome is the only browser Marketforce works correctly with.
This is my reason why I am not having as many issues with the MF website
Thanks, Spicy!! That's a great tip, and I wouldn't have known of it without your post, so thanks!!@spicy1 wrote:
