Dislike new MF website

@

I used Chrome last night for a report and did not see any improvement over IE. In fact it seemed to take longer and I had a problem with a receipt. There was not place to link it after it was uploaded. After submission, I went to the Receipt status link and it says the receipt was not received. I sent an email to the Help Desk but no response yet. Chrome also did not allow me to advance each page of the report by using the keyboard enter key. As I posted before, I was able to rapidly move through the report using this technique with the old website. Now I can only use my mouse to click on the "Next" link to move forward. This is a much slower way to complete the report.[/quote

The help desk said I clicked "do not have a receipt" and that's why I could not link it. I remember distinctly clicking I had a receipt and then I uploaded it. However the usual link feature was not available. The receipt status page said the receipt was not received and the shop was in QC for several days. After several emails back and for to the Help Desk they refused to accept that I did upload the receipt. They kept on saying that I did not upload the receipt and therefore could not link it. Low and behold the shop is not accepted and the receipt that I originally uploaded is now linked and viewable. There seems to be a disconnect between the Help Desk, IT and the editors who approve the shop. Frustrating for a low reimbursed shop.

Sandyf, if you like books and coffe, its for you, only if youll be there anyway. Call and ask for a bonus.

Thanks Spicy...I would probably not even do this shop for a bonus as their bonuses are generally in cents, not even dollars. But why they would not give more info about a shop is beyond me. You are virtually blind when accepting a shop. I know by their cute little notes what other shops are because I have done them before or looked at them on the old site where you could at least know something but this one...just says retail. It could be anything..no clue as to how many questions or what I am shopping for!!! And for a new shopper they do not even recognize the shop by the fee yet. Even with 4x the payment I would not accept a shop without knowing something about it first.
Do most of you just say yes/accept and then turn them down if they are not at all interesting to you once you find out the details? Seems to me that doing that over and over would not put you in good graces with the msc.
I know the little questionnaire once you clicked accept used to at least give you a hint who the client was. Does that still pop up before the final acceptance is clicked?
