I worked for them for a little over three years. I went from 20-30 shops a month with maybe one or two requests for clarification to every shop last October needing clarification to two shops a month to being ashcanned without even being told. I had to e-mail Deanna to ask why I couldn't log in and she told me I was cut from their system. My original scheduler was cut by them in September. She told me that a bunch of her shoppers got ashcanned at the same time as well. My scheduler was great. The rest of the company is staffed by backstabbers with zero loyalty. They aren't long for this world with the way they operate now.
You did 20-30 shops per month? I find that hard to believe. You would have to do a lot of traveling and be eating the particular food of their main client every day. I also don't believe they will be going under.

I thinks the schedulers are as sweet as pie- but I was dumped by Ardent and did not find out until I asked about why I had no shop on my page...............THEN I was told only after I asked why I had no shop. Not very nice. My scheduler was fired too and some shoppers along with her. She was a delight as a scheduler. Ardent itself I a not impressed with. I have done about 500 shops over 3 years and never been dumped by an MS...........it was a blessing in the long run. They make pretty good food and I will be happy to pay to eat there from now on.

Sounds like we had the same great scheduler. She was very unhappy about things to and had a few choice words about the changes at the top level.

Terminated employees are sometimes bitter so I would take anything a fired employee says with a grain of salt because, clearly, the scheduler didn't like the changes that included her termination. Complaining to the company's ICs was very unprofessional. The story was interesting the first time you posted it. I get it that you loved working for Ardent and you are very disappointed, but this is reading like a broken record. I'm wishing the best for you and hoping you can get over it.

Someone asked, I answered. You don't like it, don't read it. They were a good company. They've turned to junk and kept the bad people on staff rather than the good ones. Whatever they get, they deserve and then some.

weatherman, we can't help but to read it because you post the same story in many different threads.
What they did to you, the other shoppers and the scheduler was awful, but they are good to the new shoppers and they are still a good company. You have to acknowledge that.

And, even though we've heard weatherman's story multiple times, we've heard only one side of the story, steeped in bitterness. We don't know that what Ardent "did" to the scheduler and weatherman was awful, we only know weatherman thinks it was. The Ardent staff have been professional enough not to try to identify weatherman or post "their" side of the story on the forum.

I've been one of their "shinny" happy people for over a decade now, weatherman. Most people in here love this MSC. You don't because they deactivated you or you'd still be shopping for them. If you were doing 20 to 30 shops a month like you claim, you probably got outed as a shopper. It happens. I love the MSC, their client, and my scheduler!

I'm still waiting for training....only been a year so far. Reading through this thread it sounds like all they have to offer are restaurant shops. Is this the case?
