Coyle. Gigspot. WHOA.

Very interesting to find some, but not all, of the Coyle (restaurant) shops in my area appearing on Gigspot today. It seems they haven't "defined the ICA yet.....please check again later" when I try to view their agreement - so I'm not actually able to make any assignments or requests. But this is a very interesting move on their part.
Even more shocking would be visits that are self-assignable......but I doubt that's happening.

That is how it is with most if not all the MSC's on Gigspot. They don't have all the shops. I too deactivated my gigspot account. It was nice to have it on my phone and be able to input my shops, but I wanted access to all the shops not just a few select.
It interfered with me being able to log into Alta 360 to submit my shops one day. It was weird. The shops weren't showing in gigspot. Every time I tried to long into Alta I was redirected to gigspot. I never got one iota of benefit from it. Mobi audit reporting app, on the other hand, is awesome!
Had the same issue yesterday.... Cant login to their website and it will not take my Gigspot info.
Good afternoon! For anyone having trouble accessing the Coyle site through Gigspot, we are working to fix that. Hopefully by tomorrow this will be deactivated and you will be able to log into the Coyle site directly again. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.

Yea, I deactivated my Gigspot in order to be able to see all possible shops and to use the regular shopping websites rather than gigspot.
so we aren't even seeing all the available shops in Gigspot? I have it but am thinking more and more of deactiving it, I have a lot of issues with it

Correct, you can only see shops on that platform and not all of the MSC shops are on the platform.

Just a quick "Thank you" for fixing my login so quickly.

Rebecca was great in deleting the my profile too!

I really liked the idea but the headache was not worth it! Would be a great app if you could login to it and still get in to the native MSC sites too!
so if i delete my gigspot account will my original log-ins work for the sites that use it..i.e. alta?
Coyle is like the once beautiful actress who has chain-smoked her way into the outhouse....
Yes, but some companies appear to only let you sign up if you have a Gigspot account.

Which companies are those? Maybe I have just avoided that because I was already signed up with them all before Gigspot came on the scene so the requirement did not apply?
My mistake I saw older Coyle shops on something else. Sorry!

I got this reply when I wrote to gigspot.:
"Mystery Shopping Companies control posting their shops to GigSpot. It is not mandatory that they post them there. "

And...It appears that Coyle has left the building! No listing for Coyle in 'companies' or of any of their assignments.

Yeah... I think it was a cluster. I was assigned a shop before they turned GigSpot on... I went to put it in and had to go through the GigSpot BS... the survey was all screwed up, although I was able to follow along. It took forever to upload pics and kept telling me "unable to auto-save survey" after every other question which popped up a window which I had to close. My shop was accepted... but it wasn't pleasant inputting it.

If Coyle moves platforms I hope they go to Sassie. I *love* JobSlinger Plus... absolutely no issues seeing all available shops there in one place. I just prefer how Sassie is formatted... it's not as "slick looking" as ShopMetrics but seems rock solid and I prefer the Sassie shop logging.
