I got an email saying that some shoppers notified them that the pay was messed up. They said they would send us an email when the checks were corrected. I still haven't gotten anything for February. Has anyone gotten their pay for Feb.?

No pay here for February shops yet. I smell a "cash flow" problem with this company. The signs are there.
1/An excessively long period of time between accepting completed shops and paying for them (60+ days).
2/Refusal to use any payment vehicle other than check. (Paypal?)
3/Until recently, checks were always released (mailed) around the 11th or 12th of the month, even though when you receive it the first thing you notice is that it is dated the last day of the previous month. About two months ago, they began releasing checks on the 15th. Red Flag
4/Most alarmingly, this month they have had the dreaded "computer problems", sending an e-mail out last week ago that checks dated 31MAR "were wrong due to a computer error" with NO ASSURANCES on when the corrected checks will be disbursed. "Sometime next week". MAJOR Red Flag

Something is rotten in Cincinnati.

In lieu of the fact that many of what are now high-risk shops require an outlay of money by the mystery shopper ($5-$8 per hamburger restaurant) that doesn't get reimbursed for 60+ days, I have reconsidered my affiliation with them, while simultaneously praying that I at least get my (name)Burger Money reimbursed.

I too am wondering if they are having cash flow issues. I've suspected this for awhile and now limit the number of shops I do for them, which is fine with me. There's only so much Cincinnati chili I can eat.
I don't believe there's any problem with them...I believe it really was a computer problem, and here's why. About 3 weeks ago, I happened to be on their site, and clicked on the "Pay" tab. I opened up the February invoice, and for some reason, my APRIL shop was INCLUDED with the Feb invoice! I thought, that's weird. So next day I called, and spoke with Amanda. She told me that somehow the April and Feb shops had been put on Feb's invoices, and they were scrambling to get it undone and all fixed. She told me they would be sending out an email about this, and that the email for the checks would be going out a little later due to this snafu. I got my email yesterday that the checks have been mailed. So I don't think there is any cash flow issue here...just a computer foul up. Just my 2 cents.
When I first started the checks were usually sent on the 10th. Then that became the 12th. Then it became the 15th. This month it was the 18th but it was a "glitch."

The whole time they have stated checks are "processed" on the last day of the month.

Perhaps their cash flow is fine and their "process" that takes most companies a day or two but takes them 10, then 12, then 15, and now 18 days is getting progressively more inefficient.

I've only completed one assignment from them back in March. I don't remember their payment cycle but next week I planned to contact them.
@eyelove2shop your check will be processed at the end of April according to their pay policy.
Which means you'll get it sometime around May 15th.

Uh oh. Forum violation, Islander 505. We're not allowed to give names of clients of mystery shopping companies (and is possibly and ICA violation as well).

I was told that they had to "redo" the entire March check batch. Which was the reason for the delay.

Sooooo........if they had to "redo" the entire March Check Batch at the beginning of April or in the middle of April, explain to me how the check I just received still had a date on it of March 31, 2017?

And amazing that they can "redo" an entire batch in a few days but can't "do" the entire batch in less than 15.

Okay, today I got a check from them for 449.50...do you think that is an error;-) I will be contacting them immediately.
Still have not been paid for early March shops. This is the second (and last) time I pursue assignments with this MSC. I've had to call them and remind them to pay me on two occasions for measly fast food shops. I get the same story every time, "we will mail the check in the next xyz". Done with Strategery Reflections.
Processing for early March shops according to their terms would be the last day of April. "Processing payment" for them apparently takes 15 days so you should have your check in about a week.

Here we go again.

Today is May 15th. The 15th of every month is when we usually received our checks.

Last month, it was delayed because of a "computer problem". So they said via an email.
This month no such e-mail, no notification of when, or if, the checks will be sent out.
I think they have lost a lot of big clients. Nothing comes up when I search for shops for them, though over the years, I've done a lot of work for them.

Good to know of a possible cash flow issue. If a shop does happen to pop up, I might let it go if I might not get paid - or they take too long to pay.
I got an email on Tuesday saying the checks for March were mailed on May 15. I'm hoping to receive it today.
I've never had any trouble getting paid by Strategic Reflections. I got my most recent check on either Thursday or Friday this week. I know I deposited it on Friday, and then promptly spent it.. lol

The problem with that is Thursday was the 18th and checks are supposed to be "processed" on the last day of the month. 18 days for processing??????
