How much work is involved with a Bare fitness shop

I'm wondering how much work is involved with a Bare fitness shop where one is required to sign-up and then cancel a membership? I want to know what I'm getting into...

Why am I thinking "nude yoga"???

There are reasons that a body stays in motion

Barre is a ballet based fitness class. Usually an hour.

Depends on if you have to do a class. They are generally easier than yoga.

I think the question is asking about a fitness class for the MSC Bare Associates International, not to be confused with Barre (ballet)
Apparently I forgot to use the joke font......

Yes, I'm referencing the MSC named Bare. Has anyone done one of their fitness club shops?
Yes, not too bad. Some have a workout component some don't and usually a couple photos and moderate narrative.
