JMRidgway has a wonky record keeping system (I'm being kind)

Last night, as I reconciled my Excel account ledger, I noticed I had not received payment from JMRidgway for a job completed 2/27/2017. I logged onto my shopper page and discovered the company had listed the job paid on 4/5/2017. FYI to JMRidgway, you didn't pay me. So I looked closer and noticed other strange things from the past. For example, Paypal notified me funds were available on 2/15/2017 for a job that JMRidgway has listed they paid on 3/9/2017. For yet another job, Paypal notified me I had funds available on 3/15/17 while JMRidgway has 4/5/2017 listed on my shopper page. I have only done four jobs for them this year, so it is not difficult to track the funds. What a screwy way to do business. I do jobs for many, many other companies and none of them have trouble posting the correct payment dates. Just to make clear, I have been paid for all jobs except the last one, which I will email them about. But if I did a lot of work for this company, it would be a nightmare keeping my records straight.

I haven't done any shops for them in years, but I recall that every single time I had to contact them to hunt down my payment. They would always pay me after I called them, but they ever had an explanation as to why they wouldn't voluntarily pay me :/
I've been paid from JMRidgway even though they told me they would not accept my shop. I agree they have problems.
Just started shopping with them. I was paid for March shops in full but they did it as 2 Paypal transactions, which seemed odd as there was no logical split on it (project, date, reimbursement vs fee, etc.)

I have just been assigned some of their phone shops. I hope payment isn't an issue as I was not aware of this topic before accepting them.
