Marketforce - Missing Assignment from My Shops

I went to review the paperwork before leaving for the shop and it's not in MY Shops. I have the confirmation email.

If it's not in MY Shops, obviously I cannot report it. I received no notice of cancellation. Has this ever happened to you?

I do not plan on completing this shop tonight, but I hate the uncertainty.

Check again! Check your junk box. Check your emails carefully. I had this happen. I was driving to the assignment and missed the cancellation (that was not there when I left my house). There is not much you can do if you missed it. But if you performed it and it was cancelled after you performed it, they will work with you. I realize this is not the case with your assignment. It just disappeared off the board. But as I said, check your email carefully. I would contact the HelpDesk just to be sure. They may have pulled it to adjust it and put it back on your account. Either way, better to write them and let them know. smiling smiley
Thanks, I did check my trash and spam folders. Two and a half days later and no response to my email. Very strange.

Whenever I send them emails it takes about a week to get back to me and sometimes it's an answer just repeating my question.
Market Force has been very tardy in responding to my emails lately. I think they (and some of us) are experiencing growing pains with the new website.

Try calling. Something similar happened to me once and the scheduler I spoke with on the phone apologized and said it was likely an error. She was more than happy to add the shop back.

Are you able to see your other jobs on MF? Are you able to assign yourself jobs on the boards?
SD - yes, everything else is good.

Strange, still no response to my email. I appreciate knowing others have similar experiences.

It sounds like they are terribly backed up and with the new website (I did the new one and then got back the old one) it seems they have their hands full.
Update: three days after I sent an email, I received an email from MF that pretty much read: Ooops, it was canceled soon after it was assigned to you, sorry you did not receive a notification about it.

At least you didn't go out to do the shop at your own expense. This MSC is a bit shaky to me. They take long to respond to emails and often don't even answer the question I asked. Right now, they don't pay enough per shop to make it too much of a hassle if for some reason they decided not to pay. But if that ever happens I'm out.
^ Agreed! I was double checking my paperwork the day I was headed out to shop. My concern at the time was the expectation would be the same, but the error was technical in nature. Turns out it was both an error on the IT and the program side.
