Nsite ..Are they worth shopping for?

I read the few threads but they are all fairly ancient. People mentioned late payment and long picky reports but that was mostly three years ago or more. They are offering some restaurant shops in my area that I would like to try but I am wondering what shoppers think of them in 2017. How are the reports? Filled with detailed narratives? Long and redundant or straightforward? Do they pay without a hassle these days? etc. Thanks.

I'm gonna recommend avoid, Sandy.

I like the restaurant in question but the report is a pain; the narrative requirements are too much, the reporting system is not the best and the ordering requirements are not what I would naturally order. They are also stingy about liquor with meals. Robert (the MSC owner) blames the client for the issues, but he will also go to battle with shoppers if there are any issues.

I've elected to no longer work for him based on that alone. When I sent a criticism of the software functionality to him in a private email, he had a very negative reaction to it. He doesn't respect shoppers very much IMHO and I don't have time in my life to deal with people who don't appreciate my work....
Thanks Steve, the restaurant in my question is a national sort of chain with multiple brand names or something that has a play on words with a salad ingredient in it. They send all sorts of deals when you join...$15-25 coupons every time you turn around. They have this location and it's related restaurant next door in Venice seems like 6-8 x a month so they keep sending emails. I will cease and desist wondering if I should do them. And maybe they will cease and desist sending me email offers eventually. Their happy hour is a good deal so I may just stick with that and pay for the food.
That's the one I thought.

I'll meet you there for the happy hour some time this summer smiling smiley
I did one shop for them (him) and have since disconnected my account in order to end the incessant e-mails begging me to do upcoming shops. The shop I conducted was a fast casual place where I stood in line for under a minute to order, then seated myself at a table to eat. The report requirements were not appropriate for the shop at all, as an extensive narrative was required. To top that off, there was a minimum word count. I was required to describe in extensive detail my five-second interaction with the cashier--detail that simply did not exist. To top everything off, I had to chase the payment.
