Has anyone ever been shorted by CFA? Once again, I was shorted $2 for a trailer check. The last two times, they finally paid up although less $1. Their pay is already low. How bad is it if you have to short by a couple of dollars?

Never heard of them before.
CFA is the "other arm" of Market Force, and focuses on theater checks/building standees/patron counts, that sort of thing.
Call them, their number is on the site and they will pay you. You have a screen shot!?

I would love to do their assignments, trailer checks and setting up displays. However, sadly, I don't work for $4.82 an hour to not include drive time. I've been doing the Wonder Woman work for other companies and would have LOVED to have set that display at the theatre! Damnit!
I never do their jobs without a bonus and have only done their ad checks. I do enjoy doing them though--it's an easy gig where I just sit in a dark empty movie theater playing on my phone for most of the time. Once or twice they forgot to add my bonus and after calling them, they paid me.

Did you get this resolved, marg704?

I was thinking of signing up for some Market Force CFA movie projects.

Do you also know if the way they're scheduled/set-up that you can do a bunch in one day within a reasonably short time-frame? In other words, would you have to ever wait through "empty" and unpaid time with their movie theater shops? Or, could you schedule things so that you'd be doing these projects back to back to back, etc. pretty smoothly and all in one visit?

Thanks.

Nope, they still owe me. I do trailer checks for the other company as well. I picked up CFA at the same time, although sometimes they are checking different features. CFA pays less as it is, so to short checkers stinks.

It depends. Trailer checks can be tricky if you have to check all showing on multiple screens. Some require patron counts and you are sitting idle at times. Standees can be quick or take hrs, it's hard to make a route with these especially until you can confirm showtimes etc.
