Goodwin & Associates single date shops

Can someone tell me if they ever get this problem solved;
A single day is specified for a shop. One applies for the shop using that specific date in the request, as required. One gets a message saying one can't apply for that (very specific) date because another shopper has completed a visit to that same location within 30 days....huh?
But....it asks for only one, very specific, day? I just don't get it?

I've seen it too, bit I think the message was 20 days for me. I did't quite understand it. So I wasn't able to get it assigned But then a few days later, another shop became available. So I was able to sign up for it near the same timeframe.
It's the iSS platform. I've experienced with multiple MSC. And no, it has not been fixed. I will often contact the scheduler directly and see if they can assign me.

Yep, I've had this issue with iSS for other companies, as well. It has random bugs like that, but if you reach out to the company, they can usually tell you what dates they can assign it to you.
