Lisa, I received 9 emails in one hour from one scheduler. I previously told her this was not a shop I was interested in, and asked if she could remove me from distribution. She said their system would not allow that.
I sent her to spam. Maybe the Higher Ups will realize the system is broken.
I don't deactivate myself because they have shops that I enjoy doing. Nine shops in one hour (and that was just one hour, not the entire day) is overkill.

You can also use the settings on your phone to turn off audible notifications. I have four email accounts with one being dedicated to my mystery shopping business. Notifications can be turned on/off or modified for each one individually.
