I just read a post that has been closed by noladoodles regarding athpower and Cheryl Bacon. Without boring anyone with the diatribe I could bore you all with, I just wanted to say I found her posts very informative. I have just gone through a different, yet very similar, experience with this company, and Cheryl Bacon was the 'scheduler - Lisa's, ', supervisor! . Seems this company, who was going to hire me for phone shops, being that I have over 30 years experience, would be better suited to hiring someone to train their own employees on proper phone demeanor. Ican't work with unprofessional people who seem to be deceptive, unsure of their own jobs, then hang up on you when you ask for clarification. (I have done mystery shopping since the eighties. Not so impressed with this company. Just my 2 cents.
