Hey guys and gals. I was with NSS for about 5 years. A few late checks and one missing one, but it all worked out. I have no clue when I will get my money from the shops for March, April and May. But i am owed about 700 bucks. I want my money.
Can anyone give me a break down of the last 19 pages of this forum? I simply cannot read that much.

The owner died. The courts have not yet geared up. We may or may not ever see our money. At least we can write it off on taxes if we don't get it.

Responding to the mod note here.
Seeing as the company NSS is not paying us they are terminating the ICA agreement with us which means that we can't violate it as it is already terminated?
Or is that not the case.

Even if someone reads the last 4 pages they will get this:
The owner died, NSS is closed, and there will be a very long wait for any money with a good chance of never getting paid.

Plmccut....no, I never did the pizza jobs, this was for a restaurant I have done for them for years in different locations. I did their retail and this restaurant, never pizza, but this is definitely a good sign and they are redeemed.....

I was thinking the same thing!
If checks are being mailed from CA, it makes sense that a CA shopper would receive theirs first. USPS is about a day to deliver from N CA to S CA.
PS-I've posted this update on a couple of fb pages. We'll see if anyone else has been paid.
