How long before I am approved by Market force?

I signed up for Market Force about a week ago and haven't heard anything back from them. I only currently do mystery shopping for ACL and am looking to expand and do more shops. I used to do shops for them a long time ago back when I was in college and they were still ShopNChek but my login doesn't work anymore so I reregistered. If I haven't heard back in a week does that mean I am not going to be approved as a shopper?
