Bestmark -- two new(?) restaurant clients at least in the Chicago area

I've been logging into the Bestmark site more frequently recently and could not help but notice more restaurant shops. One of them is in the zip code where my mom works (near downtown Chicago) so was curious to know which place it might be. After consulting Yelp and doing a search in the area (and also noticing the suburban locations that are available), I came to the conclusion they are now shopping the chain of Fine Dining Italian Restaurants....their food is decent so may have to check these out.

I also noticed another chain they might have...casual dining and one of the requirements is pie...again I know they are local but not sure if they are more than a regional restaurant or not.

The Italian one has been around for awhile--at least three years. The reimbursement has stayed the same, but the prices have gone up, so I have passed on it more recently.
I've never really noticed it...every now and again I'll see a restaurant shop up but never gave it much though...until this month when they had more of them than usual...

If its the one I'm thinking about, they have a menu item that gets you under the re-imbursement amount without any drinks, just water for drinks. And you get a entree to take home too.
There's a new restaurant in my area. I wonder if the other MSC who shops them lost their contract. It's the restaurant known for their seasonal menu.
7Strar, yes I believe its the same restaurant...my boss from my full-time job goes there a couple times a year and she is always liking getting the entrée to take home. I also noticed if they mention something we present them with an award.

petrohd - We're talking the same one. I've done one of those awards before and am going again. This isn't a money maker shop. It's a nice dining experience with a not so difficult report.
Yes it is a nice dining experience. I've been to a few of their locations in the Chicago area.

I have a 20 mile radius with them, maybe I'll change it....but haven't been driving 60 miles for a restaurant.
I used to, so many great restaurant in BH, it better be a good one...smiling smiley

Live consciously....
I wouldn't drive 60 miles for this place. It is a nice restaurant but reimbursement only. You do get a full entree to take home, if you decide to go that route to fit under the reimbursement amount. If you have a friend drive you there, each of you will get that free entree to take home, plus whatever appetizer/initial entree you get.
I got an email for the brunch shop where you have to order pie about a week ago. I got the email about 10am and the instructions said it had to be done that day between 11 - 1..... I asked for a bonus since it needed to be done ASAP. The scheduler said nope..... so I passed on it. I like the place but rearranging my schedule with about an hours notice deserves $$$ in my opinion.
I don't even have an option for the brunch shop. They are a cheap company and I think you did the right thing by not going without a bonus.
