Sinclair website Down?

Is the sinclair website down again? I am getting a "The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred" message everytime I try to login. I have two shops I have to input but I cannot because I am unable to login. Any help would be good. Thanks

YUP! Had this happen Thursday Night, too. I emailed my scheduler and let her know and just did ti again now. They are cool and fair about it because even they have to know it is down. I will just do it Saturday when I wake up.

I just received my April check in the mail from them dated 5/18 which was obviously not mailed out on the 18th.

That is very late to receive the check. I receive mine within days of when they are supposed to mail it out.

These server outages are really bothersome and can last hours at a time. Right now I'm unable to get in. I'm limiting the amount of work I do with them considering the problems.

I am not able to enter my shop from Friday. I've received a notice my shop has been cancelled. I just emailed three times stating I can't get into the site. I hope this is cleared up as I have another shop today!

My suggestion would be if you couldn't enter the shop during the day it was due, before your deadline, send an email to your scheduler letting them know their website wasn't available. Or you can send an email to SCM to let them know. At least they know you tried. Sometimes they do respond with an update/alternative.

And it was my first shop with them...I was excited to do the shop but will thread lightly moving forward.

They are the ones that bundle the not taken shops with the highly coveted shops..... buyer beware....

No, that would be a different company, one that has three initials.

eyelove2shop - Did you get your check yet ? I don't think you have to be that careful with SCM, I just wouldn't want to be in the position where I'm owed more than several hundred dollars at a time. I was a bit nervous several weeks ago but once I got the check and cashed it, I feel a bit more confident.

Oh, yes, I got paid but it was super late with no explanation. They only have two clients that I like anyway and seem to keep missing those shops so there's no rush in shopping with them.

I have worked for them for years - like 17-18? And I haven't ever had a problem with checks. I think though although a check is dated a certain date...that is just when the processing started. Many companies are like that and for checks they come later than what you would think because they started the check processing and then go from there.
