The same thing has been posted all over the place. I don't understand why he would include the "link" with spaces like that. Does make it appear like something is off.

I don't believe the link is fishy. You can copy and paste it then remove the spaces.
The reason Mike put the spaces in was so MSF doesn't detect the URL then remove it.

That could well be. But, since Mike duplicated his post several times, and the link looks fishy, I'm guessing other forum members besides me reported it to the MSF mods. Since we have a Report feature (select the "!" icon at the bottom of the post), we don't have to wait for MSF to detect things and remove them. I think it should be removed. Don't know if the mods will agree, but I reported his posts.

No. The link is a google shortener, so it's not fishy for those who understand what that is. The link points to the correct MS company after the spaces are removed.

Double negative = positive. Then you do think it's fishy, right?
My bad. I removed the 2nd "not".
Why is this a sticky?

No. It does NOT take you to the correct MS company, it takes you to a fake page that looks like a ShopMetrics signup page but it's a phishing page. DO NOT fall for this scam.

When I type the link in the op. Www.mysteryshoppingcanada.com.nu it takes me to the correct site. Weird that someone else was misdirected.
Are you a shopper for this MSC, Prince? Its a fake page. It's not the real website. Check it out more closely.
I do shop for them. I filled out the form on the page the link took me to and then it took me to the regular login page.
Prince check out the other posting re:Mystery Shopping Canada. You will find that at least 2 shoppers that have signed up using the link Mike273 provided have received a scam email shortly afterwords. Also check out the actual signup page from Mystery Shopping Canada and you will find it is a totally different address to the one given by Mike273. This clearly looks like a sophisticated Scam. I for one have reported it as such, and do not understand why the OP is still up.

Has anyone contacted the real Mystery Shopping Canada to tell them about this? I don't recall any other forum members (besides Mike273) ever posting here that are from this company.

Kim
The legitimate website is www.mysteryshoppingcanada.com

mike has posted 9 times here on the forum using www.mysteryshoppingcanada.com.nu

Not the correct website. Has anyone reported this to the moderator?
I just spoke to a live agent at Mystery shopping Canada. Mystery Shopping Canada is aware of the scam. And yes, at least two registered shoppers (my self, and Jasflamt) have reported the posts. I have reported this one at least three times.

I contacted them. They said they would see what they could do.
I received a text this morning from John Blair with Mystery Shopping Canada. In it, he states that a check will be arriving for me today. There is a phone number from where the text originated. 608-291-7606. I will be reporting this.
Did you sign up for the fake canada company ? I wonder how they got your address ?
