Send money refunds

I did a Sending money shop for a MS co. and the MS co. still didn't refund me. Ussually they did it but this time, has been 2 months and a half and they keep saying that they didn't get the refunds and that they don't know when they'll receive it. I know that if I go by myself to the Send money agency, the agency will refund me the 20 dollars without the fee. I did 3 of these shops then the total amount for the 3 refunds is 75 dollars. I already wrotte and talked to my scheduler but he keeps saying that he do't know what happen. I don't have the telephone number or the email of the General Manager/owner. What should I do?Who could I contact beside my scheduler?

I'm sorry but I don't understand your question. What is a sending money shop? Your scheduler should help you. Do you have the original email for the shop?

Why don't you do that? You have not named a MSC or client. Name one so we will know how to help. smiling smiley
The scheduler knows exactly what happened. This is a standard issue with this shop. Soon, he will stop responding to your emails and calls. After you have given up, you will receive your full refund.

My scheduler is Michael Rody. Every time that I'm asking him for the 3 last refunds of the Sending Money shop, he answer me that he don't know when he will get my refund codes. I called in the morning to the MSC, and the recepcionist told me that the MSC don't owe me nothing, that is the Sending Money Company who owes me money (❗❓) and that the MSC will refund me on July 20 (the next pay date is on June 20 but they want to pay me on July 20❗).
I have te receipts of the Send Money but if I will release it by myself the Send Code, I won't get the fulll refund. I already tried and I couldn"t do it.
I did the same shop at the end of October, 2015. I got my reimbursement in January, 2016.

I called and emailed the scheduler, called the company, and called the client. Nothing. I gave up and took it as a loss.

Needless to say, I don't do any shops for this scheduler.

He already stop to answer my emails and calls. He didn't writte me back or answered my calks/messages.The recepcionist said that Intellishop will pay me on July 20th!They blocked my number and altough my account shows that is activate, I'm not receiving any email from any scheduler.

Yes, sorry. Michael is w them. I have done these and you used to go back a few min later and cancel the transaction, getting the $ back immediately.

No, for those you initiate the refund yourself. I think OP was doing work for an independant scheduler that others have had issues with.
Oh. I thought Michael Rody worked for Intellishop. So he is an independent scheduler?

I just got an email today advertising this same shop (I am pretty sure). It seems to me it was through Kern which is a scheduling company. IT is the 1st time I have seen this shop but it included sending money to Mexico and then cancelling the order. I did not look further as I don;t have an address for anyone in Mexico. In any case Kern is a scheduling company and they do not pay for the shops. They schedule for many different companies and you then deal with the company that had the job directly for your reports and pay. Many schedulers seem to have more than one scheduling job. If your Michael works for both companies but in your case represented Kern you would need to contact the msc with the job for your pay/reimbursement.
The email and telephone number of Michael is from a very known MS company. I already called him to his company and talked w/him and told me that theMS company would pay me by the past week but they didn't. Then I tried to talk with the payment area and tbe recepcionist told me that they"ll pay me on July 20 (4 months later).
Before this happen, all my shops of Sending Money with Michael Rody were fine. Sometimes delays but not that long.
The shops ask to send money to Mexico but to a fake name; you don't need to know somebody there. Sometimes the store refunds you the same day and sometimes they don't want it, even if you are within the 20 minutes timeline. And there is when the scheduler from the company get the codes from the Sending Agency and give it to you; Sometimes they paid it me as Miscellaneous too thru the MSC.After 6 months to work fine with Michael in the same Sending Money shop, this is the first time that I have this problem.
Not always. Some Agencys don't want to give you the refund even if you ask it within 5 minutes (they lie and say that they don't give it and that you have to call and ask for it to the Customer Service number of the Agency).
If you ask it for yourself, showing the original receipts, you'll get the uncomplete refund (20 dollars) because they will withdraw the 5 dollars fee.

This really all sounds like it might be tied to your PayPal problem. In April, you said PayPal had permanently disabled your PayPal account and told you that even if you start another PayPal account, it will eventually be disabled. [www.mysteryshopforum.com]

Since Intelli pays only through PayPal, are they able to pay you at all? You said you were paid before, so it seems like the difference is the lack of a PayPal account. You posted that you had a borrowed PayPal account you were going to use. Have you gotten the PayPal problem taken care of?
I borrowed a paypal account and they paid me for the shops. They paid the refunds by getting the codes (just in 2 times, they paid it me thru paypal as Miscellaneous),not by paypal,unless there is a problem of delaying with the Sending Money Agency, I think. The problem with the paypal is resolved by now because I borrowed another paypal account and is actived. That is not a problem for them, they already deposit me the shops that I did.
