MF website issues=no pay

On Thursday and Friday this week I completed several shops for them. I was unable to report the shops. Niw I got emails saying they cancelled them, despite several emails with them and them admitting their website was having issues.

Did you send an email to their Help Desk explaining you had tried to report the shops? With MF it is a good idea to cover yourself by documenting your attempt(s) so they know you at least tried. They are well aware the system was down so it is possible the cancellations were auto-generated. In the past they have been good about restoring shops after problems with the website.

Call a scheduler. They can reopen the shops for you. But I have to say, ran into a problem a couple weeks ago, and help desk was so backlogged it was Monday before they reopened Friday's shops for me. Meanwhile, they had cancelled the shops, and rescheduled them with another shopper. Then they called that shopper back and took them away from her and gave me a chance to enter my reports.
