Did you send an email to their Help Desk explaining you had tried to report the shops? With MF it is a good idea to cover yourself by documenting your attempt(s) so they know you at least tried. They are well aware the system was down so it is possible the cancellations were auto-generated. In the past they have been good about restoring shops after problems with the website.
