Receipt Upload for The Source after the report has been submitted?

I completed the report for The Source and the receipt upload link went crazy. It had a bunch of random pseudo-letters all over the screen. Now, I followed the guidelines and sent the email with the receipt and the project number in the subject line. However, I still received the email asking me to upload the receipt. I don't know if this email was sent before or after I sent the receipt via their email guidelines. So, I went into project history and clicked on the project (assignment) and there is no link to upload a receipt. I'm pretty sure I went through the entire website trying to find a link. Anyone know something I don't know? TIA.

Upload receipt to customer service telling them what happened....they'll either upload for you or send a link for you to upload.
