GoSpotCheck App Vent

I had 2 missions today with Customer Impact and was supposed to complete them on this app. Everything went fine until my screen froze up and wouldn't let me continue. This was after I had already started the assignment. This happened at both locations. I completed them both anyway and took required photos on my other camera. It won't let me submit on my desktop so hopefully I can contact them tomorrow and somehow resolve this, ugh! My phone is a new Samsung Galaxy S7, so I don't think it's that. Just venting and wondering if anyone else has had issues with this app because I have another one to do soon at a different location.

I'm nervous because I applied for a mission and clearly stated I would only do it Monday. They are supposed to send me something in the mail and it hasn't come. Now I'm nervous this will happen to me if they do end up getting to me and I go attempt the mission!!

Well I called the GoSpot help desk and they knew about this problem. They had me uninstall the app and sent me a link for a new app that should work. Customer Impact is changing my due dates so I will go back and try to finish up with required photos today. Luckily both places are within 5 minutes of my house so it's not a big deal. Hope it goes well for you ShopSouthTexas!

Sounds like there were some tech issues over the weekend. I spoke with the team at GoSpotCheck and it appears they were able to get past it.

Keep in contact with your scheduler at CI, or email me directly and I'll verify anything to make sure we get it all figured out if you need date adjustments or anything.

ShopSouthTexas - if you are still waiting on materials shoot me an email and I can look up tracking for you so you'll know when to expect them.

Did my Mission at the big box store for the paint rollers, with Customer Impact, and the GoSpotCheck App worked fine for me today. No problems with it...yay!
Yes, went back and re-did both of mine and it worked great this time! Would love to see more of these, no report when you get home works great for me!
On the four different assignments I have done on the GoSpotCheck app (two different types), I have not had any issues. Occasionally "stuff" happens with anything technology-related though. I am reminded of the saying "to err is human, to really screw things up requires a computer."
