Marketforce Website Down??

I have been trying to get onto the MF site for over four hours to report a shop. I can't even get the main page loaded. I have tried from three different devices. Anyone else???

Has anyone else noticed that there are no more FG shops offered on the MF boards? I applied for one of their shops, had to take a re-certification test, never was told if I passed or failed it, and now I'm not being offered any FG shops even though it indicates that I passed the test. I wrote the Help Desk twice to no avail. Anyone else having the same problem?

I can't access at all using Firefox (my preference), but I can through other browsers.

Shopping up and down the Colorado Rocky Mountain front range.
Working for me to report but "no shops" available. I am using Chrome.

I can't retake the test; because it shows I already passed it, I'm not being allowed to do so. Yet I'm still not being offered even one FG shop to bid on when I search for open shops. It's very frustrating.

You'll have to contact them and ask why. I have to take the test each time and I see shops out there.
What kind of pc do you have ? I am using chrome on imac. It's works better on Safari.

At the suggestion of a fellow member of the forum, I downloaded Slimjet browser. I can't log into MF on Chrome, Firefox, or IE -- but no problem at all with Slimjet. FYI.
After getting an "Update your profile" email I found the "Save Changes" button/link doesn't work so
"My Account" won't update. Has anyone found a work-around for this? I don't know how long they give you before they freeze your account because it hasn't been updated. I use Chrome normally. I tried it with IE with no luck either.

Cease - thanx for the info. I too could not log into MF on Chrome or IE. I downloaded Slimjet and it worked like a charm.
Still unable to log in to Market Force also. what is Slimjet? Something else to have to worry about getting hacked from?

Hi,
Read the reviews on CNET. May you'll decide it's okay to download Slimjet, especially if you are running into a deadline. The download site calls it FlashPeak Slimjet, but you'll find it with just Googling Slimjet.

I still can't get into MF on Chrome.

It's helpful to know about slimjet, I did look it up and will keep it in mind IF I ever get stuck with chrome/safari.
Did MF go the British Airways route and outsource IT to India to save a buck?

I stopped working for both portals last summer and it was pretty lousy logging in at times then...yikes!

The MSC is in the post title and the Client by initials are in your posts. Just b/c you use initials does not mean it is not a violation. smiling smiley

I use Chrome and just signed up for the burger shop being discussed with no problems.
