I didn't receive the bulk of my April shops today either. They did pay some of my April shops on May 1st.

I have the same problem. $257 owed for april shops for ATH.. contacted bill.com. Despite the shop log saying "paid 6/15" bill.com has no record of any payments due to me. They said to contact Ath. I sent a "ticket" with all of the information, have not heard back from them. I called the main # but don't know who to ask for. Anyone have any ideas of who to contact there? and how to contact them? Thanks!

I am owed money for April as well. It should have been processed through Bill.com today. Anticipate the deposit to hit in a day or two. Ath is super-reliable. For example, in May, the Ath site reported my payment to be 5/15. It posted to my account 5/17.

It is an unnerving situation when Ath posts a "paid on" date in one's log, and then actually pays bill.com (and eventually, the shopper) several days later. Every time this happens, I am left to wonder..."Am I really going to get paid?" For example, I was paid by bill.com on 6/7 (with Ath sending the cash to bill.com on 6/6), for a shop marked in my log as "paid on 6/1". They have always paid, but usually a few days after the original date posted in one's log.

***UPDATE Ellen Barkhouse said this morning (6/16) that bill.com will be sending email notifications in the afternoon on 6/16....

This a little concerning, as I just did my first two shops for them. One of them says paid on 7/1 though. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

I wouldn't be too concerned. My last two shops were marked paid on 6/1. I got an email from Bill.com on 6/5. Since I opted for checks, the payment came through late the week of the fifth or early the following week.

I got my bill.com notification tnis morning.

why don't they switch to a direct deposit system or paypal?

They probably find the current method to be the most cost effective for their business.

My son did a 200 dollar bank shop last July. It took 40 or so additional days to get paid for it. He and both his 18-21 year old friends all did the same client and they all got paid slowly but it did arrive eventually. No reply from his scheduler during or after the shop but a different scheduler did answer his friend quickly. No reply at all on why the payments were delayed. They all got their money, though.

bill.com is their direct deposit.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.

@#$%&, I didn't get paid today either and the shoppers log says paid on 7/1.

Yes, they sent it to Bill.com today. It will be in your account next week.

I am going to be doing a $250 shop for ath next week. It says I can return the item after I make first credit card payment and still get paid. Is that true?

It will be in your account this thursday.If you go on bill account you will see the transaction click on it and it will you the date it should be in your account.
