IPSOS brochure or business card

What do you all do for the business card or brochure requirement for the shops such as tablet or washing machine? Most of the stores I have been in that sell those types of things usually do not have business cards and/or brochures available.

You can grab a pamphlet or paper or flyer describing the item you are looking at, and ask the salesperson to write his/her name/phone number down so that you can call back later if you have any further questions. Then just report as it happened and use the paper/pamphlet as your business card.
They require that in addition to the business card / brochure which I think is overkill.
Actually I've done a lot of those stores and 90% of the time they have a business card or will write you an estimate sheet for documentation if you ask.
Beware. I have been doing this work for many years. I got a message that I was not being paid for a shop from this company. There were two scenarios that might be used, depending on your situation. If you see something offered where you can use your own personal true scenario. STAY AWAY!!! I will not be on here again unless I feel the need to warn someone, so that it doesn't happen to them, too.
I just did my first shop like this because it was heavily bonus. The shop instructions stated not to arrived 45 minutes after the store open or within 45 minutes of it closing. The location near me closes at 10PM. It's always crowded and busy. I live near one and timed it so I would arrive at exactly 9PM. I entered the washing machine department at 9:01PM. As I began my observation, I noticed there were no employees in the department but I kept browsing. I was looking at the washers, opening up the lid, pulling out the detergent slot, read specs and comparing it to others. I made contact and was in eyesight of 13 employees, none who offered any help or assistance.

After 10 minutes, I sought help and one of the employees paged an associate. After 5 minutes, I asked another associate for help, he stated it wasn't his department and he wasn't familiar with the washers. I waited 3 for minutes then when to look for an item to purchase to have my receipt. Then I went back to the section and waited some more. Another associate told me that they all went home for the day and to come back tomorrow.

I took two pictures of the machines, from different areas and Geo Verified. I did not get a business card or brochure. In hindsight, I should have went to customer service and asked for the manager's business card. After I got home, I looked at my receipt and noticed it's barely legible as the ink did not capture more than 70% of the info. I submitted the report this morning and explained in detail to my scheduler the receipt issue as well as what happened. I offered to reshop.
I asked for a business card and brochure on my last shop. I was told that they don't have business cards and they discontinued brochures since everyone looks for everything online and it was a waste of paper. My report still says pending validation so we shall see.

they offer store credit cards, you could get a brochure for that next time. The store manager has a business card.
