Nope. I expected to after doing my first shop for Cirrus. They paid on time.

I don't know anything about new and improved. Mine was just an apartment shop that took me about as long on site and for the report as any other. Twenty-five minutes for the visit and 40 for the report.

The report was quite similar to Ellis except all on one page. I can knock out an Ellis report in 45 minutes.

I have a shop from March and two from April, none of which have been paid. On the one hand, I hate chasing down payments; on the other hand, there are a limited number of gas shops in my area (I really should apply to new companies).
To top it off, I'm getting no responses from anyone at the company.

By any chance is it Service Evaluations that hasn't paid you?

I am chasing payment from confero, who has elected to completely ignore my polite requests for April payment. I have mailed support three times, but they choose not to respond for whatever reason. Any suggestions?

Did you email shopperpayments@conferoinc.com ? It was saying my payment posted but I didn't have the money in my paypal account. I emailed them with the job numbers and they looked into it - reissued payment through PayPal the next day.

Don't get your expectations up too high on Cirrus...I initiated a "chase" for February shops payment on June 1 (figured I'd get the ball rolling early) and was told they were in process and would take 3 days not including weekends. It showed up in my paypal account on June 16. Definitely an improvement for Cirrus, but they must have a lot of weekends there between June 1 and June 16...

I have 7 jobs out with Confero right now and according to their own website, I am not due payment til the second week of AUGUST. I did not realize they were 60 days out on payments as the norm! I probably won't do much with them in the future because of that. But they are very responsive and nice to work with both schedulers and editors. Was all positive.
Have you waited the 60 days for payment? If the job was completed after April 15th it's due next Monday according to their schedule.

Yep it is Service Evaluation/Strategic Evaluations. They are the only one that I have ever had to actively chase payment for. I even signed up for a FreshBooks trial (they sponsor podcasts that I listen to), to try to kick them into gear. If it helps I might even pay for the subscription.

UPDATE: I have received payment on the 20th from Catherine Ann, from the "info" email address.
