Contact at ICCDS

I did some shops back in March with the promise of a 10.00 gift card (Amazon) for each that I did. To this date, I have gotten either the run around from the scheduler (Amazon gift cards are backordered) and now ignored my 3 emails asking where the gift cards are. Does anyone know of someone who is higher up over there to contact? Thanks.

ICCDS was taken over by Stella Services. Their mystery shopping is engaged through North Fork Services.

Since ICCDS doesn't engage mystery shoppers you are either barking up the wrong tree or have fallen victim to someone claiming to be ICCDS.

Like the OP, I've been mystery shopping for a long time. My guess is she has the right company. Through all the name changes, acquisitions and mergers, I still tend to use the original names of companies long after they have changed. I still have the names on email folders, bookmarks and/or my spreadsheet, ICCDS, Beyond Hello (SeeLevel), Gamefilm (Reality Based Group), Shop'n Chek (Market Force) and CORI (Stericycle).

I did the regular job and was paid the regular rate but not the bonus that this scheduler -who is still emailing for ICCDS/North Folk - never made good on the bonus. I think I've given her more than enough time. I'll go to their main page and email all I can find over there.

And I still have their original names as well on all my folders!
