Locked out of Ipsos account

Somehow, I locked myself out of my account. The site said to contact the system administrator. I used the contact us email address. Does anyone know if this is the correct way to contact the system administrator?
I changed my password last week and thought I was using the correct one. It locked me out on the first attempt.

I did this myself last year -- so irritating. I can't remember how I resolved it. I know I emailed a scheduler for help but she got back to me after I somehow got myself back in. You might try that. Good luck - I do remember being very irritated trying to get myself back in.
