You could try emailing HC. Here are the email addresses for a couple of their scheduling staff:
brooke.reyes@harlandclarke.com
brian.shaffer@harlandclarke.com

If you get a response could you let me know? My son shops SE Penna.
From what I hear, they have shops almost anywhere in the Mid-Atlantic areas. So, I would be surprised if not in that area.

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I e-mailed her twice and she did not get back to me. I signed with them a while ago but they offered me shops in Pittsburgh, PA that required overall drive of 10 hours. Now they are claiming that they have an hour drive from my home. But I saw that as "advertised job". I need to prof that it is the right before sign with them

They are claiming they have a shop an hour from you? What is "prof?" All my emails include the name of the bank and the address. Are you saying it is not included?

Lisa - I think he means prove. But what did you mean by "advertised." Once they accept you as a shopper you will get an email showing the shops available to you.
Gene, HC will send an email listing shops in a given area. It will include the name and address of each along with the fee, bonus and mileage rate. You then reply stating which shops you can cover and the approximate mileage. If you are assigned another email will follow. If you are not, you won't hear anything. I have never had them ask me to fill a shop without providing all of that information.

About the location requiring a ten hour drive, I get emails for jobs in five or six states including my own.

For instance, they want shops done for the XXXX Credit Union which has branches in say Harrisburg, York, Philadelphia, Scranton and Reading. They will list all of those in one email and you can reply telling them which one or ones you can shop and when. They also will ask you to call them right before you enter the location to shop it. That's because they usually have another shopper doing the same location and if that shopper saw the teller named Joan, they will want you to shop another teller. Same with the bankers.

HCMS is very bad at returning e-mails. Unless, it is something that they feel needs immediate communications.

That said, when they do communicate (by e-mail or phone) they are very professional and personable.
I live in MD and I get shops for them in the York, PA area.

Honny - Thx. Good to know that as I said my son lives in the Hbg. area and would be interested.
so they have shops in Reading, PA? Is that correct? I was in their database a few years ago and they sent me each weeks shops that were in Pittsburgh, PA area..so finally I unsubscribed form them..but now I saw they advertised Reading, PA shops on JobSlinger. I need to be sure if that is true.
