Depending on which version of Windows you are running open the photo in Windows Paint (or copy and paste it there) then save as a PDF file.
Oh. Why???
Download a program called pdf995 from pdf995.com. this will install a PDF printer on your computer. Then when you open the png file and try to print you can choose to print to pdf995 instead of your printer.

I tried just about everything, no luck. I did find something else:

[png2pdf.com]

Getting ready to give it a whirl.
I'm not familiar with png2pdf, I am very familiar with pdf995.

Irene, my computer has an option to save receipts and such to PDF, but once a print screenshot has been taken in PNG format, it is unable to convert. I used png2pdf, it was quick and easy. My claim has been filed. Now keeping fingers crossed I get paid.
JASFLALMT, sure hope it works out for you. They owed you a lot of money. Keeping my fingers crossed. GL
Anyone late to this party having the issue on Windows 10 if you have the copies in a document folder click on print and then click on save to PDF and it will give you a chance to rename the document and then will save the document copy as a pdf under the new name.
My windows 10 uses PDF on their uploads, just learning how to use this. Many of Ath's jobs require this or documents come out blurry.

Okay, an email kind of freaked me out for a second. It said NSS----please update your login details. I tried to get in and (wondering what the heck was going on) when I realized it was NSSN not NSS. Through mysteryshopper.net. Anybody else get this email?
I have Windows 7...

SunnyDays2, I got the same email and initially, had the same reaction as you. Then, I remembered the two had been confused here before.
I just received a letter from the United States Bankruptcy Court, saying, "The trustee in the above case has filed a Report of No Distribution". stating there are no funds available from the estate for distribution to creditors.
I'm sure many of you will be getting same letter.

I got a letter too and it also says unless some person or groups decide to object. I have no idea what good that would do under the circumstances. So if that does not happen, the case is closed. We are all out whatever money was owed to us. Sad.
Then object. While the fees may be virtually impossible to collect, the court may have a different outlook on money spent out of pocket by the shoppers who were not reimbursed. If the client paid those to the company and the company did not forward it on to the shoppers, isn't that theft?

I do not know how the laws work at all but we certainly would have a better case if we all joined together to object as a group. If anyone of us who are owed money have legal experience or knowledge or know someone who does and would help organize us as a group that would be great. We can also troll for non reimbursed people on the other mystery shop forums.
My opinion only as I am not an Atty., they said they are out of funds, seems a bit too late...we should have bonded together years ago when it happened. I am only owed 60.00, I have made that up, so for those owed hundreds, looks like a lost cause.

I agree and would not want to spend much time or effort on this but if someone decides to start a group to object I would sign my name.

I got it too today. So depressing knowing that it's time for me to let this go. But I will....

My first reaction was to contact the Trustee because to me it feels "fraudulent" to have shoppers do shops, knowing they will never be paid for it. Knowing the owner is dead and still assigning shops. sad smiley Filing BK is protection for honest folks who go under deep and have a remedy. I still ask, "Where did the money go?"
I'm not loving that they wasted more of my time by having us go through a process to claim that we were owed money, only to tell us again there is no money.
Attorneys get paid first, then secured creditors - we are unsecured creditors and last on the food chain. I had put off doing my claim and was going to do it this weekend. Glad I waited and didn't waste my time.
I wonder if this is something the MSPA would be interested in since it was one of the companies they "recommended" and it is a problem for a multitude of mystery shoppers. They would have more resources to deal with something like this as a representative of their members. Just a though
In answer to your first question, "I wonder if this is something the MSPA would be interested in................" No. MSPA is a trade association, not a shopper advocate.

Shoppers really have no one to stand up for them, Atty's, MSPA, no one...we are on our own. We seem to be unable form a group and fight together, guess we're just too spread out. Many have bit the dust, speaking Freeman, did anyone get money owed from an MSC that went out of business?
