Service Sleuths and HS Brands - Christa?

I've just starting working with this MSC and did a simple local shop with them the other day. However, I applied several weeks ago for a casino shop and heard nothing back. The date I requested to do the shop passed and the job was still on the job board. I decided to email the scheduler - Christa S. However, my email got bounced back with a "delivery failure" and "temporary error." I continued to receive these emails for several days until I received a "delivery failure - permanent error" message. I tripled checked the email address I sent , which had been copied and pasted directly from the website.... I have to wonder - is she still a scheduler with the company?

Any insights?

Got it... Where I copied it from their site said it was a ".com" address, not ".net." I'll try again. Thanks!

I didn't know that, I am in the middle of working with her for Vegas jobs.....hum

Any idea who is scheduling the shops she used to do? Her name is still the listed contact.

They take forever to assign those. I think it was a month before I heard anything. Rachelle did call me for one, but I just completed last quarter.
I loved working with Christa; sad to see her go. So far Rachelle has been good to work with.

I would caution schedulers, however, that if they are going to use their real names, they might want to watch what they post on social media.
Besides the change in personnel, if you want to do casino shops, you need to take the casino certification test. I think they look for people with a high shop ranking too.
Christa was working with me on things in Vegas, and then I didn't get return emails, and everything stopped.
The lest she could have done was tell me she wa leaving, quite annoyed and had to start over, my work, mailings of my NV. work card were never sent to anyone else, seems like she left in a huff, I think I'm done.
