Hello, I am a mystery shopper who have done many jobs for Seelevelhx. The company pays, but not mostly it pays you late way after the 15th even it specifically says they pay on or around the 15th. It doesn't say after the 15th. I am upset because I make sure all my shops are completed and submitted by the due date so I expect to get paid on time as well. If we are late on our shops, we can get penalized and given a negative rating.

I'm confused by the "late" pay. According to my records these are the dates they have paid me this year, January 16 (1/15 was a Sunday), February 15, March 14, April 16 (which was actually a Sunday), and May 15.
OTOH, looking at Intellishop for 2016 and 2017, pay dates have been anywhere from the 20th to the 22nd. While I am just fine with the 22nd, wouldn't the OP consider that two days late?

If you are paid 10 days late several times on your regular job whether you need the money or not, wouldn't you ask questions about being paid late and deem that as being unprofessional, especially if the company did not notify you?

Yeah just got paid. And millicent, I did read all posts in this thread. You are so defensive that you assumed and read more into my post than I wrote. I just wrote about my own experience, made a few vague comments with my opinion, and asked a question. And I assure you, schedulers and MSC reps are too busy to waste time by reading innocuous drivel such as this. If and when they do post in here, it is an unwritten rule that they identify themselves with a title and tagline. Yeah, we are a bunch of bored MSC reps ( snorts coffee thru nose while giggling while sitting in pajamas).

Again, I think schedulers should notify contractors if payments will be late.

Schedulers, often ICs themselves, generally have zero knowledge of payments. Payments are the responsibility of the accounts payable department, not the scheduling department.

It's an open forum and people are free to express their opinions, as you have done with yours. But you are probably going to find very few people who agree with you on this one.

I am now wondering if some of the folks who are hating my comments so terribly and name calling me are the not spokespeople for the MSCs or the MSCs schedulers themselves....just hilarious!!!
what happened to quote being last response?@Millieredrose wrote:
This will be my last response. I think I made my point to any MSCs who maybe chiming in that some contractors are not okay with being paid late with no notification. Also, had I known that some of you would stoop to this level of nonsense and name calling, I would have never bothered to use this forum to make a point to the MSCs about late payments.
