I received an email from a See Level scheduler today for a motorcycle inquiry only shop, has to be done today with a $50 bonus!!!! Just one problem, it's in Minot ND and I'm in Mesa AZ (1619 miles away per Google) ROTFLMBAO. I was tempted to respond with something about a Star Trek transporter or something, but I didn't .

There are many route shoppers. Sometimes, a scheduler will send out an email on a chance that someone is traveling through the area.

Granted but if I were traveling that far and was interested in doing a shop, I'd check the job board for that area. I wouldn't wait for an email. And it had to be done that day so the odds were between 1/2 of 1% and none.

All I saw was the word, "Motorcycle," and I deleted the message. It could have been down the street for a $200 bonus, and it would have been deleted. Instead it was 2000 miles and $50. No thanks.

For $200 I would have opened the message. I might have even driven to a far corner of my metropolitan area.

Not this week KathyG. Just got off my 10th flight in less than 2 weeks. I'm mentally not up for portraying anything complicated right now.

I get nagged somewhat often by a scheduler to take shops in Omaha Nebraska, I pointed out that I'm in New York state. She thinks that because the names are close together alphabetically that they're close together geographically.
