Ardent times?

I don't know why I can't seem to find this but what are the lunch hours to place my online order? I know it ends at 2pm but what about the start time? Thank you.

And the online order needs to be placed a minimum of 30 minutes before the pickup time. You can show up 1-10 minutes before pickup time.
These specific questions about Ardent Shop instructions would be more appropriate on the private Facebook page.

I know I saw the times before, then suddenly couldn't find them anywhere! I appreciate the first person answering, and yes, I saw them before they were deleted. I am not on fb.

I'm glad you were able to get the answer you were looking for. For future reference, if you go on the website, look at your assignment, and click the blue icon on the far right that's next to the red "start report" icon, it will give you the same assignment details that are in your email with visit times,etc. Hope that helps.
Yes, that totally does. I was having such a hard time and was desperate as I was running around to appointments and such. I know the schedulers get bombarded with emails and wasn't sure that I would hear back in enough time. I was going to go too early, so I am glad I received my answer so swiftly here. I will check out the blue icon, which clearly I missed while panicking today. Edited to add: Thanks for the tip!

I try to keep my assignment emails in the unread state but if you're like me you get 100 or more a day...and it's hard to keep up with. Glad to help.
Yes, so many emails!!! And I have gone back and forth with the sweet scheduler as well when I was just coming on, so lots of "extra" emails too!

Here's a tip. Try using email folders to stay organized. I have one for Ardent and put all of the emails from them in that folder. I also have folders for shops to be completed from other companies. It's easy to set up folders with Yahoo and Gmail. Other email providers probably have this capability as well.
Try and find an email client so that you can store the emails locally on your machine and use IMAP so that you have a back p on the email server. Go through every so often and delete the unneeded emails from the server and where you have them locally. Thunderbird is pretty good at this if you want to pay you can get Outlook. But me I'm cheap so Tbird is it.

If I need facebook for this I will not be doing any work for them.

I just caught that. No, it's 5-10 minutes.
I saw that but since the answer to my question was deleted, I thought putting too much info was looked down upon. Thankfully I knew offhand about the 5-10 minute rule. Awaiting feedback but I think I did alright smiling smiley
