I have done many mystery shops with this company, but will never do another one. If you complete a video shop and their equipment malfunctions they will 100% blame you! I drove over five hours to complete two video mystery shops, their equipment malfunctioned and the camera would cut in and out. They blamed me for it! It was their camera jack! I sat in Starbucks for two hours trying to make the camera work. I have completed four video shops since then with no issues at all because they sent me a different camera. They would not pay me anything for my gas or time. I decided not to get upset about the issue, took the hit and continued working for them. Today I followed up with my account manager because I was waiting for my shipping reimbursement check from shipping their faulty camera back and she responded informing me that "If I remembered correctly I yanked the jack out of the camera and because it was my fault they would not be giving me my money back for shipping" she also said that if it had been a camera issue they would have paid me. It has just been such a ridiculous experience. I will never do another shop for them. They will take any chance they get to not pay their contractors.

Did you use electrical tape to secure the jack to the receptacle?
