There are two opportunity tabs. Use the tab at the top instead of the one in the menu on the left.
No, Insight is correct. It's not functioning properly. I'm having exactly the same result. Even "show all opportunities", which normally comes up with pages and pages of results, comes back with none.
You aren't paying attention to what I am saying. I have run into this issue before. The tab on the left menu is not working properly. After you click on that and nothing comes up, look just above where the jobs normally show and you will see a second "opportunities" tab. Click on that and the jobs will populate. This glitch has occurred often and this how you get around it.
Geesh, JAS, I'm not an idiot! The "second" opportunities tab is NOT populating.
I know you aren't an idiot, cease, but you wrote in your post that you clicked on a "show all opportunities" tab, which the IPSOS website does not even have. Not sure why it's not working for you, as when I first encountered this glitch two months ago I emailed Amber and she told me how to get around it. Both tabs show "opportunities" and while the distal one on the left doesn't work, the medial proximal one does. Try refreshing your browser or clearing your TIFs.
I'm on the website right now. The Opportunities tab at the top did populate. Have you tried a different browser or a different zip code in case there really aren't any open jobs in your area? I am using Chrome.

I too am using Google Chrome. I used to use Mozilla Firefox but became dissatisfied.
I had the same problem this morning, but it seems to be fixed now. Plenty of shops to pick from :-)

Nope. Not working. You're talking about the one immediately to the right of "assigned" -- which is currently showing that I have 2 assigned shops, while I actually have NO assigned shops.
Glitchy to me, if it's showing I have shops assigned when I don't. As far as I am concerned, glitchy is glitchy, and if one is wrong it's perfectly reasonable that the second one isn't working right now, either.

JAS is correct. her dirextions worked for me. google chrome here. firefax as backup.
When I went to the opportunities tab suddenly the assignments tab showed two. Going back to assignments it was gone so definitely something off.

It may be working for you guys, but it's NOT working for me. As I said, it's showing I currently have shops assigned, and I do NOT. It's showing NO jobs available in Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, or Colorado -- all places that usually have pages and pages of shops.

We don't doubt you, cease. It's being glitchy. Maybe try rebooting or switching browsers. Anyway, there isn't anything showing that is appealing to me at the moment.
I just tried Firefox. It still doesn't work using the open opportunities link on the left, but it works using the tab at the top.
The only time I see shops assigned is when going to the opportunities tab. Then the assignment tab will show (2). When I go back to the assignment tab nothing is on the page and it reverts to (0/2).

It wasn't working for me yesterday, but I saw shops available (including backups) this morning.
Working now, I just saw tons of jobs here and all over, and got one I just did... put in for two in my area, just got the one. Guess I'll have to prove myself, first time working for them.

Same experience here in Georgia. It was not working at all yesterday no matter what I did but plenty showing today. I knew it must have been a glitz because I had gotten an email yesterday saying they had shops in my area.
I had to go the round about way to get to opportunities. I also had 2 assignments under the tab for assignments but nothing in my schedule or on the left. Perhaps it was a glitch for applications? Ah well.

I did a job for them and intructions say, buy something 1.00 reimbursement get receipt, so I buy a coke for 1.79. Take pictures of interior and area you are evaluating, I took three pictures, one receipt, a brochure, and area i was shopping, all uploaded...they know I was there. I get a scolding for not taking pic of exterior which wasn't in the instructions, and a 3.5 out of their 5. Did they want blood.....
Nothing was said about report, I know it was fine. Would one say this is a bit pushy?

I just clicked on Map, and it showed me a job at one of the Sears stores that closed earlier this year wonder if I should take it. I know that if it were MF, they would pay half if you went out to the store and reported it closed.
I noticed that IPSOS is offering the credit card inquiry shops as See Level and at the same addresses, same fee, and the same scenario. The two companies are not related as far as I know. Would be nice to pick up two at once, but guess that would not be ethical.

They used to list a fee for closed locations but, not anymore. Only instruction on filling out the report and required pictures needed are mentioned in the summary.
Does anyone else have the 809 - ABC WIRELESS 106 BOWERY ST NEW YORK, NY shop show up on as a Backup Shopper under Open Opportunities? It shows up in red with this date Fri, Jan-29. This is either left over from something or they are really planning ahead.

i don't but...i'm not so sure you should be naming the assignment along with the msc? but then again, i'm hardly the monitoring polizi and rules have a way of escaping me.
There are backup shops showing from 2 years ago with a scheduler who doesn't even work for the scheduling company anymore.

Not only unethical, but if the same client is using two different MSCs and gets two reports (one from each) with the same dates/times, that would be a bigger problem. I am sure the client would notify the MSCs and you would probably be deactivated.
